I cannot say enough about M&K!!
7 years ago the ac in my spa went out on a Sunday morning on 112 deg day. I called m&k and they were there in no time and problem solved.
Let's add the charge, which they could have easily taken advantage of me, a desperate girl on a Sunday... nope. Not even 200$! They have been doing regular service calls and inspections to my businesses for 7 years! They are so honest and I have never had to question what they are billing me!
So this weekend my ac unit for our bedrooms goes out (of course the hottest weekend this year!). We tough it out on couches and guest rooms, all good. My husbands friend refers us to call Friendly AC to come to our home to look at our ac. When we called they asked some red flag questions to start with but whatever. They come out and not only is the one unit broken the other two need to be repaired as well. One won't work without fixing the other 2. 600$ each! I laughed and told my hubs m&k was already scheduled for this afternoon.
He fixed the one broken one for 100$!!!!!!! Then he looked at the other 2 units, showed my hubs pieces "that could last till December or till next week... no telling" Hello Honesty!! Those two pieces less than 100$ Then he proactively offered to fix one more piece for the same reasons... total including the 100$ service call?! Just over 500$!
This is why I will always always always be loyal to M&K! Honest to the core!!! I've never needed residential service until now but I will always call them in the future for everything!!!
