rev:text	I could never get an appointment with my former PCP @ Southwest Medical which forced me to use urgent care for all my needs, which is obviously less than ideal. I recently reached the boiling point and decided that no matter how much of a hassle it may be to find a new PCP outside of the SWM group, it must be done. I called Dignity Health group to ask how long I'd have to wait to get an appt as a new patient. After years at SMW I had come to expect waiting months to see my provider so I was shocked when I was told I could be seen the following day!!!! I have auto immune issues so this is a HUGE deal to me. When my disease flares up I need to be seen asap and I don't want to rely upon urgent care Drs who don't understand my medical history. From the delightful lady named Moon who answered all my questions and scheduled my appt, to the reception desk, nurse and Dr, everyone worked hard to make it a great experience. I saw Dr Hong who gave me the referral to a specialist that I needed. He was thorough and pleasant. They issued the referral as a priority case so that I could get the relief I needed sooner, rather than later. Say what?! For the first time in so long, I feel like I'm in good hands! I've since switched the rest of my family to this provider. My husband saw Dr Hong today and had the same great experience. He was given everything he needed, including referrals. I really want the staff here to know how grateful I am to have found them. It's a small enough group that you still get personal service, but large enough to accommodate a variety of needs.
