  • OFFICE STAFF- HORRIBLE AND RUDE!!!!! Whenever you go in the office, the never smile, they act like you are bothering them, and not ONCE have they ever resolved an issue for me! PARKING- It's a free for all, good luck finding a spot. MAINTENANCE- Non-existent My bedroom blinds kept falling off, it took WEEKS to get it fixed. My bedroom closet door was broken for months. Our dryer didn't work for weeks. Our stovetop burners are crooked and shitty. They won't clean our carpets unless we sign another lease! FUCK THAT SHIT!! My bathroom sink was leaking, it ruined an entire trash bag full of toiletries under the sink. Their resolution? Turn the water off and use my room mate's bathroom!! UMMM.........no!!! I had to take apart the pipes, clean them out, and go buy Drano at the store myself!!! Three days later and no one has come yet. Wait until I visit their office!! It makes you want to picket the property to try and warn prospective renters to run for their lives!! This is without a doubt the worst place I have ever dealt with. One of their signs in front of the complex says PLATINUM CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! What a fucking joke........
