  • I receive calls from this company attempting to service my air conditioning system weekly. I have asked no less than 6 times (including last week) to be removed from their call list. Each time I am assured they will do so, but it never happens. Last week I asked for a supervisor and was refused one. They were all "in a meeting" and the rep ASSURED ME that he updated their records while I was on that call. Hmmm...what do I get today? You guessed it! A solicitation call from them again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Not because I know anything about their work, but rather because they DO NOT listen to customers, or potential customers.
