Very cool concept, I will probably go again once they have a chance to work out the kinks. I was there twice since it has opened and both times there were technical issues which in an environment where you pay by the hour is very frustrating. The first time was 30 min to fix and they gave us an extra hour so it was all good. The second time our server had disappeared for 45 min and we had to go find someone and then on top of the taking 45 for someone to come fix, it took 20 min to actually fix. By the time it was fixed the whole group (2 lanes) were over the experience and we ended up just leaving. Very bad experience although they did refund the time credits after much teeth pulling. I have not been back...
Here are some pointers as I have found them. Get there early as its a cluster getting signed in then waiting for the "good lanes". Max 3-4 players per lane even though they will tell you 6, you only get to hit a couple time per hour. Everything is an add on, so just be ready, although food and drink prices are not over the top about what you expect going out in Scottsdale. All and all the actual activity is fun and I would probably rate a 4 star without the service and tech issues I have experienced. Like I said earlier the first time they stepped up and turned the experience around, the second time they failed in epic fashion.
