  • Well, I give it 1 star for being clean, close, and good area. But.....tonight I went in and bought a few things totaling 16.00. I do online surveys and get paid online, I can pick where I want to get the gift card. The cards are printed online, at 5.00 and 3.00. Well I had 17.00 saved up, so I had 5 papers with the gift card printed on it. The survey company had various cards to pick from: such as, Restaurants, PetSmart, Clothes stores, Travel, Target, etc. Well I picked Target because I like it and its close. So............I see they recently added self-checkouts, because people were complaining how slow they are and the lines are long. There are a few cashiers that should take up Liberians instead of checking people out because they are not just slow............they are S U P E R slowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww. So as soon as I turned to ask the woman watching the self-checkout line, she came over saying you cant use those here. Go to Line #3. So I go there and this cashier was superrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr slowwwwww. Didn't catch her name. She asked if she could help me after I stood there 15 min, with only 1 slowwwwwww customer in front of me. While I was waiting, the store security man came by and was waiting around like there was a bank robber there. When the cashier finally asked what I needed, I told her my items were already rung up and handed her the Target gift Papers. She looked gazed, and the security guy asked if he could look at them. I gave him one, and he asked where do you get them? WTF, If it was a gift card from Grandma Goo, would I have to tell him????? nooooooooooooooooo So then I'm standing there, tell him I get them online, hes like hold on a minute. Hes on his walkie talkie calling another manager. She comes, and is so nice, and YOUNG. She ACTUALLY reads the paper, and scans them. Of course there is no problem, because they are LEGAL GIFT CARDS PRINTED ONLINE. The security guy told me he never seen them and hes done this 14 years. Oh well, I guess time for COMPUTER TRAINING, or get younger people. I would say to put the 1st check out lady who told me I cant use self-checkout either in the fitting room area or cleaning. The security needs Continuing Education, and the slowwwwwwwww cashier needs maybe to be a Librarian. The Last Manager needs a RAISE!!! Please hire more younger people who know what ONLINE, COMPUTER, AND HI-TECH are. They made me stand there, like a criminal. FOLKS, I AM a Major in the US Army Reserves and a NURSE, RN, BSN, and probably wont come here again, even though I live 5 minutes away. PLEASE educate your workers routinely, just like NURSES have to update every 2 years.
