  • We have lived at Altessa for 2 years (just signed our 3rd year lease today) and absolutely love it! Rent is definitely not cheap but given the location of the apartments, safety, amazing staff, and gorgeous neighborhood/complex you definitely get what you pay for. Altessa is close to Red Rock, Downtown Summerlin, parks, and multiple shopping centers and restaurants. The managers Natalie and Machele are the best and are always super friendly and helpful! The gym and pool are always well maintained, plus they are both open 24 hours which is great. The gym is relatively small and can feel crowded if more than 3 or 4 people are working out but it definitely has all the equipment needed to get the job done. Living here has made Vegas feel like home and I wouldn't live at any other apartment complex in town.
