  • This is probably one of the most affordable apartments to rent in this area. I absolutely love this location, close to the freeway and tons of places to shop and eat. They have been renovating this location for the past year and making many improvements and updates to the paint, the pavement, and overall appearance. With the exception of some minor inconveniences and the manager at the leasing office, the majority of people working here are extremely kind, friendly and helpful and make the overall experience here an enjoyable one. Olivia and Rachelle at the leasing office, and Ryan, one of the maintenance guys, has been especially helpful while I've been living here. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for an affordable option in North Scottsdale.
