  • I used these guys to fix an HVAC issue that I had after a wind and rain storm. There was water coming down through my ceiling, through the air filter and on to my carpet upstairs. I put a bowl there hoping it would stop, but after three days water was still dripping on my carpet. My filters were sagging and by then, discolored. I didn't want to replace my air filters and have those ruined again, so I called Moore Air Conditioning. They came out next day, got on my roof, found out that my drainage pan was clogged with debris from the storm and full of water. Every time the wind blew a little bit, it was coming back into the house. They checked everything out, fixed the issue, put in my new air filters that I had bought and were on their way. The total cost was around $100, way lower than I expected, I was expecting to pay a few hundred for a guy to crawl on my roof. Service tech was very friendly.
