  • From the initial phone call, talking with Dan, to my truck driver Nat, it was a good experience. I gave them a 4 when it's actually a 4.5 stars. I would have given a 5 star review except Dan said they would have a truck here to my house within "30-60 minutes" and it was actually 1 hour 42 minutes. I usually wouldn't mind the later arrival but the dealer's service department that my car was going to, closed at noon on Saturdays, and that was why I had asked Dan at 9:25am, "how long might it be"?. The 12 mile ride got us there at 11:47am. It was close! But still a good job in how Nat handled my Jeep Grand Cherokee and got me there. The Loop 101 was closed southbound, which I knew ahead of time, and was concerned about the potential delay in the drive to the dealer. I will definitely use them the next time I find myself needing a tow! Thanks guys!
