  • John is very exact and careful, asks a lot of questions, to be sure you get exactly what you want. My hair is short so one centimeter off makes a big difference and I've had other hair salons who make me look like a scalped jarhead. Never happens here and now I won't visit another salon unless I'm forced to. Update: John is the guy to go to for your cut. But when he's not working....meh. The ladies don't even greet you to say Hello, don't tell you how long your wait might be. It's like your invisible until a chair is free. I can see I'll need to wait but is it for ten minutes or an hour? Talk to your customers when they come in!
