  • I've bought 3 computers from here over the years. I bought a MacBook Pro in 2010 and then a MacBook Air for myself and one for my husband in the last three months. When I got my MacBook Pro several years ago, they were great when I wanted a bigger hard drive. When I came in this year to buy the MacBook Airs, which I bought separately about a couple weeks apart, it was super easy. I spent maybe 10 minutes total in there each time. Also, they recently called to ask how they were running which I thought was nice. Plus, you don't have to make an appointment here like you would at the Apple Store when you need something fixed.
