This was by far my worst experience at a Holiday Inn. I spend almost 26 weeks working on the road and spend most of those nights in a Holiday Inn. I called to let them know I would be arriving around 10 pm. When I arrived the one customer being helped took almost 30 minutes and the lady behind the counter had to go let him in his room because she couldn't figure out how to make keys.
She comes back in and asks my name. That was all the info she asked for and starts get2frustrated with the system and says I will just take you to your rooms(we had 2 ). She let's us in and says if you need to get back in your room come to the front desk. Then asks if I can go back down there to fill out the room info (non smoking, rate etc). The entire time in the elevator she is blaming management for not giving her the right info and whatever...unprofessional to say the least.
Not 5 minutes later I go down there and she looks at me and says what can I do for you? I just spent over 30 minutes with her. Then I had to back and get the wifi password. 2 hours later and we were able to get sleep. Woke up and asked the manager for keys and it took 2 seconds. The manager was fine it sounds like if you check in late you get limited service at best.
