  • Gotta give it up for nice people who are willing to help, even when it nets them nothing. I contacted them about a network issue that, as it turns out, they don't work on. However, Santos was extremely nice and gave me detailed advice about how to fix the problem myself. Even directed me to another business, should I need more guidance. Love it when people are decent.
