| - I have to agree with Alicia D on this store.
The customer service here plain sucks. Being a newer store, you would think that every employee's smile counts and that helping your customer is understandably part of your job.
Nope, not here.
I went in as a friend of mine had registered for her baby shower here. Lots of people working, just no one doing any greeting, asking if anyone needs help or much of anything really.
I had never been in here before and found it to be a huge place, if not sparsely stocked, And what was stocked was SO expensive! It seems to be good quality items but still - why are babies' things so costly?
Anyways, I was armed with my registry list and had to grit my teeth for over 2 hours on my own while I picked a few items that I hoped were the correct things, that made sense together that were affordable.
Honestly, the staff clusters at the front desk chatting amongst themselves and I have to tell you that in a store such as this, they should really get more involved in their customers' experience. They were not approachable at all.
It could be a really fun store to experience and they could sell a heck of a lot more if they would put some effort into it. I would have loved an opinion on what I was choosing as I do not have kids of my own.
I left with my purchases, (unthanked) and I wished at the end that I had gone to my friend's other registry choice, Babies R Us.
Last time for me!
1 extra star because my friend absolutely loved her gifts.
