rev:text	I arrived on time for my appointment with Sherry, yet still waited over an hour for her to complete her current client. When it was finally my turn, there were several other ladies waiting and I had a feeling the stylist was going to be super rushed. Sherry didn't pay nearly enough attention to what I said I needed done with my hair. I hadn't been to a hair salon in over 6 years, since I had locs that I maintained myself, and since I cut my hair off, I needed a trim and cute style. Here's the T: Time Management- Terrible. Expect to wait a for looooong loooong long time. Basically plan nothing else for the rest of your day. Client Consultation-Very impersonal, very rushed, very ineffective. I requested that my hair be blown out before trimmed to ensure evenness, but do you think I got that? ABSOLUTELY NOT! Sherry went right in and trimmed my hair in its natural state and in the end, it was still very uneven! I was HOT! Also, I informed Sherry that I wanted a wash and go, but she suggested that coils would look cute and we should do that. I was like ummm ok if you think that's best. Do you think she informed me that would cost $70, which is like $30-40 more than a wash and go, by ITSELF!? ABSOLUTELY NOT! Okay..okay...girl breathe. The memory of that took me from 0 to 100, real quick. Styling-the coils were cute, however, at that point I was insatiable. I will NOT be returning unless it is Lisa herself, that does my hair. I've heard great things about her, however, she wasn't there and you know what happens when the boss is away.
