  • Piazza al Forno!!! Has an authentic old style Pizzeria type feel when you walk in. The place was clean and the restrooms were clean. The floor is like concrete and adds to the whole oven style pizza. The cooks are tossing the dough and using a brick style oven to create the pizzas. 5 star ambiance. However parking is challenging because its downtown Glendale. Had the Margherita DOC with mushrooms and pepperoni. The pizza was incredible and truly one of the best pizzas you can buy. The oven cooked flavor on the crust was spectacular. I usually dont eat the pizza crust but this was good enough to eat. The pizza is large enough for a man size appetite. 5 star pizza n 5 star location. The only reason i dont give it a perfect 5 stars was that they will not split checks. So if you go out for lunch or dinner at this place with friends, make sure you have cash on hand so you can divvy up the split. It was a little embarrassing for one of my friends who did not bring cash... Yep that was me...
