  • This business was recommended to me by a family member, and the service I got vs. what they described sounded like different offices. I arrived early for my appointment to fill out new-patient paperwork. They took me back 15 minutes past my appointment time with no explanation or apology. The nurse was friendly, however asked me some questions, and then after I answered she informed me to save that information for the doctor....but she had asked, so...I was confused. When the doctor came in it seemed like he was leaving before he had even done anything and was handing me a prescription. It felt very generic and "one-size-fits-all" model. I had several concerns I wanted addressed and he had his hand on the door knob the whole time I was asking him about my skin concerns. I do not remember the name of the doctor that I saw, but i will not be returning based on the lack of customer service from the entire office.
