  • Change the open/close times on Yelp and online. I walked down to get a coffee, door was open, and the girl said "we're closed" and I said "it says 10 everywhere online" and some young boy walked from around the corner and rudely said "no, it's 9". I'm a frequent customer at this location and won't be coming back after that interaction. Also, when your store has been closed for a half hour... lock your door.
