| - Sugar Tiers are probably best known for their cupcakes. Their reputation
for these little beauties are well-deserved, as they don't make them like other bakeries, which are usually cake and buttercream icing on top.
Sugar Tiers puts a little extra flavour in theirs, since they fill their cores with the flavour of the cupcake.
Their red velvet is a must try because it's like one of those hostess cakes, but red velvet and its chocolate buttercream has salty note that prevent the cupcake from getting too sweet; which I can find there is a bit of a danger with a traditional cream cheese icing.
The bakery, also, sells cake supplies, cake pops, offers Wilton baking classes.
So for a visit here, I'd say reach for those divine cupcakes and skip the macarons, which are produced better elsewhere.
There is little or no seating for people, who want to linger. Since the bakery does wedding cakes, the seating space is technically for their consultation area for their special occasion and custom cakes. I would suggest taking your cupcakes or treats to go and chowing down elsewhere.
