  • I wasn't impressed with Hendrick Honda's business practices, but I highly recommend our salesman JOSHUA RANDOLPH. JOSHUA went the extra mile to make sure we were happy customers. Joshua tried really hard to sell me a newer car, but I had my eye on a sage green 2010 CR-V in mint condition. Love my car and appreciate JOSHUA RANDOLPH! I only gave 3 stars because: 1) I was passed on to Joshua by the internet salesman who said Joshua would explain the mechanics of the vehicle and he'd be back in a few minutes; I never saw him again, and this did not make me feel like a valued customer; 2) the wait time is long, and 3), for some reason, Hendrick Honda did not want to give me a copy of the Hendrick Certified Warranty that the car I bought was supposed to come with. We finally did get it, but basically had to demand it. I did get an awesome car at a fair price, so I'm very happy about that.
