  • You've been to one apple store, you've been to them all. I went three times here in one week resolving a repair issue. Beatles music was playing all three times. I can't imagine working here. My last visit was the Monday after Thanksgiving weekend, when the employees were transformed into their holiday gear wearing their red american apparel shirts instead of the teal they sported the week before. No matter how busy they were, an employee came outta the (white paneled) woodwork asking how they could help followed by checking me in via one of their handy iPads. Friendly, helpful service at the genius bar. I was super happy with the price of my repair. The 'genius' told me their repair prices recently went down (each repair is a flat rate), and they actually fixed a few other things in my MacBook while they had it (speaker, replaced my top cover and something else minor). After finding out the problem, apple was actually BY FAR the most affordable repair option. 5 stars for them, although that had nothing to do with this location.
