  • So last week I came in with a rowdy group of eleven, we opted for two bays side by side because we all wanted to play, we ordered over half of the appetizers and kept our beverages coming and we played for two hours, not only was this immensely fun, we experienced amazing service from the get go. We walked in and were immediately greeted and asked about our group and our day and if we've ever been there before, most of our group hadn't ever been before, so we got our lifetime players card(s) and again AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE, or maybe just conversational skills, but everyone was smiling. We were brought up to our bays and our group divided up into two groups. Our waiters name was Philip I believe and he was darling, and after some begging swung a club for us, the guy who brought us to our table, checked on is regularly too! if I remember correctly there were two guys that also stood out to our group that just completely exemplified amazing customer service and their names were Nico and Mitch- thank you for a wonderful night- you guys rock!
