The staff at Indian Peoria are friendly and service minded. Quinn, manager, is THE BEST around for all sorts of knowledge and general BS. Scott is cool and is an Indian Motorcycle Riders Group (IMRG) advocate since he is a member too! Be sure to check out the IMRG activities. Ask for a ride sheet and get involved. Any type of bike is welcome to ride with the group.
Service on my 2015 Victory Cross Country has always been done at this location. JR knows my bike and I trust him to take good care of it. It's like dropping a kid off at daycare, you want them to treat it like it's their own. JR, in service, was attentive to me mentioning many long rides coming up soon and he recommended new tires when he saw they wouldn't make it for that many more miles all at once. Service desk is good about promptly calling when the work is done, also explaining what needs to be done and options. I would have liked to be told what was optional on my 30K though, like belt replacement. Luckily I asked if it was really necessary and that's when I was told only if it needs it.
Overall, this is a good place to go for repair and accessories. Get yourself involved in the riders group and have some fun with other bike enthusiasts, see places and eat places you might not otherwise go.
