For a big hotel, the Downtown Grand doesn't have an in-house restaurant (just a grill). Thank goodness the Triple George is across the street. And it's owned by the hotel. I wanted something light and the French onion soup and George's Chopped Salad were perfect.
The restaurant was a nice, quieter change from this raucous part of town. Even though I was a single person who didn't order very much, the server was attentive and cheerful. I sat near where the meals were brought out of the kitchen, so got to view most everything as the waiters turned the corner. All looked delicious, and I especially wish I had had room for dessert!
