  • I have been seeing Jolene for about 15 years for my back pain. And have been a patient of Dr Campbell about 30 years. Today imagine my surprise when Jolene called and told me " YOU ARE NO LONGER WELCOME IN THIS OFFICE " Wow pretty harsh dont you think. I have had a standing appointment 10am Tuesday for years. Many times Jolene is running late and she has been known to cancel last minute due to health issues and I have as well but we always communicate.. Today was one of her behind schedule days. I arrived 10am she was not ready, I looked at my phone and she had texted me she was behind .. at 10 after 10 I told the desk I was sorry but I could not wait I had to be at my sisters home at 1035am to give my niece a ride to school. I told them I would see Jolene next week and to apologize for me. I have never been treated so poorly in my life " no longer welcome " wow still cannot believe this. I wished her a Merry Christmas I didnt know what else to do. I considered her a friend, my mistake.
