| - It's Dec 27, my appt was at 11:45 am and it is now 2:06 pm, we-are still waiting, this is completely unreasonable and very appalling to the patients. 4 people in front of me left extremely mad because of the long wait, they had been waiting since 10 am so about 4 hours wait now. This is not the first time we had to wait this long and hearing from people in the room, they all had the same experience. Something is extremely wrong with thier scheduling or thier system, and I don't think it's completely the front desk staffs fault but they could be contributing to the issue by not giving feedback to the management of this clinic. Until this clinic can figure out how to implement an efficient way of doing business, patients will not come back here. I urge everyone that if you get referral to see a specialist here, please ask your primary doctor to see another doctor.Not to say the doctor was not good, in fact, I thought he seemed very professional, showed a lot of experience and performed well during the surgery for my child. however, something has to change or patients will continue to go somewhere else.

I saw first hand the number of unsatisfied patients that left this clinic today. I urge you to take a closer look and ensure something is done. While your care maybe top notch, the extreme inefficiencies that is currently present maybe your downfall. You and your colleagues are medical professionals and I'm sure you would want nothing less for your patients.
