  • First time using Zerorez and after a few weeks, I'm still impressed with the carpets and tile. When the technician arrived I asked him to quote me on the tile as well as the carpets and he was able to do so on the spot. It wasn't cheap but seemed like a pretty good deal for both. I was blown away with how clean he was able to get the tiles. Unfortunately, I didn't get a before and after of the carpets, but they came out better than any other service we've used in the past. Plus, this time, they were the dirtiest they've been as we waited too long. It's been weeks, and the carpets still look great. There was some type of residue on the tile for a while that would show streaks every time I steamed it, but not a huge deal. I assume it was the cleaning product they used and it takes a few steams to get it all up.
