If I could give this company no stars I would, they are robbing people blind took over $800 out of my accounts in just 5 months when my bill was just for Internet and only supposed to be $66.99 a month and hours of my life with no resolution their customer service is terrible, rude and sarcastic not to mention DANIEL the solution specialist is more concerned with taking his lunch then helping resolve an obvious issue. I ask to speak to a manager both times I've been in store and it takes hours to see one. Cox communication needs to get it together they can't even tell me where these automatic payments coming out of my account are going and are doing nothing but charging me they have turned my service off 3 times since I've had them plus added services on my account I never approved. When I sign on to my online account it shows none of these problems but somehow DANIEL doesn't find this a problem nor does he want to even take the time to help solve anything but he acts like he is typing things and trying to figure stuff out. COX Is TERRIBLE don't do it they just lie about everything and charge you a ton of money.
