  • Horrible experience with the girls in the front. My massages were amazing but my experience with Melina was angrily stressful. Be careful. You'll be over charged with this girl. She doesn't know what she's doing. I don't know WHO trained her, but they need training as well! Months of training for both of them! I came here to relax and enjoy my time here. . NOPE! They like to over charge and charge me full price instead of early bird special or full price instead of my membership rate. Come on people!! this isn't rocket science! I've been a member there for only 3-4 months and everytime I went there I had trouble from them. I hate it now. But. . I CAN'T CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION! Which is bull SH** ! You would think if a customer has had nothing but trouble from their employees from the start of their membership. . That they would At least UNDERSTAND whyyy the customer wouldn't want to come back anymore and let them cancel their contract. . But no. I have to go back. I REALLY don't want to! I DO NOT recommend this place! Don't be a member here. It's NOT worth the stress!.. Oh and after all that trouble, they only offered me a free foot scrub.. REALLY? THAT'S ALL YOU CAN DO FOR ME? wow I'm so excited !
