  • This place was a nightmare! After the young unprofessional gentleman at the counter tried to give me someone else's reservation (even after I explained to him he must be looking at the wrong one) I stood there for another 10 minutes until a supervisor (I assumed) came and told him he was looking at the wrong reservation. Proceed to payment time and it's over double the price I had on my reservation plus a $400 hold on your credit card making my $178 car rental almost $800. The whole experience was terrible and needless to say I left without a car. Luckily I'm a local and not in dire need of a rental (just wanted to keep the miles off my new car while we went to Cali) but I'm sure many tourists get completely screwed by this company daily. STAY CLEAR OF THIS NIGHTMARE COMPANY. Even if it seems like a good deal online it's not worth the headache. There was a waiting room full of equally frustrated looking people. Nothing worse than starting a vacation dealing with this kind mess.
