The pedicure was good but nothing special. I was pleased, or thought I was, because I had been told that the rewards card that my daughter gave me was good. She used to go here regularly until her technician moved and had a reward card with a $25 value. She gave it to me to use. I had goofed and let it expire, so last week I called to see if there was a chance that they would still honor it. I was pleasantly surprised when the girl on the phone assured me that the cards never expired and that of course it was still good. I decided to even upgrade and get a $35 pedicure instead of the basic $25 one. I was on the phone with the lady for quite awhile. I got my pedicure and tipped my technician in cash and went to pay. That is when I was informed that they had switched rewards systems quite some time ago and that this card with the $35 pedicure I had just received added to it was now only worth $5 off instead of the $25 that I had been lead to believe it was worth.
I will never step foot in this establishment again and highly recommend no one else does either. What a shock to think that you are spending $10 and then find out that you actually owe $30. The woman in charge was not at all upset when I told her that I would never be back. I guess satisfied customers are not very important to them.
