  • After reading all the good reviews I thought I do my IS 250 oil change here. They were reasonably priced compare to my former Lexus mechanic in Henderson. Here is what made these guys stand out. I know quite a lot about my car and I have worked on cars for many years but when it comes to new cars and all the electronics, it's best to leave it to pros. I knew I had a leak from my driver side fuel pump but I couldn't determine if it's from the gasket or the unit has a crack. The IS fuel pumps are located under the back seats and tricky to get to. I called the dealership to get the gasket which has to be special ordered ($29) and I called my former Lexus mechanic to get a quote! I was quoted $480 to replace the gasket ! Now I understand they run a business but come on now ! The next day I called and spoke with precision when I dropped the car off for oil change ! They checked it out at no charge ! That means they removed the back seat and fuel pump and didn't charge me ! They even went as far as flipping the gasket to see if the issue will be resolved ! It is amazing to see an auto-shop that doesn't immediately try to rip u off as soon as u walk in ! I was told to fill the tank and if it continues to leak to call them so they can order the part ! At this point I don't even care if they charge me more than the dealership I know these guys are honest ! Thanks again for the great service ! I Found a Lexus mechanic for life now.
