  • Most disorganized coffee shop I've been to. In line to order a cappuccino employee finished with person in front of me then says just a second then proceeds to go take ice cream orders from people who had gotten in line after me. Don't mind waiting if there is a system but not cool with waiting and then having employees cherry pick who to serve from random spots in line.
