  • I was really disappointed with the service that I received here. The three men who I talked to were very condescending when they were explaining my car's issues. In addition, they became inpatient and short with me when I asked them to further explain the repairs/costs. I couldn't help but feel like this was due to my being a woman. When I was sitting in the waiting room, I observed the man at the desk (who was initially very rude to me) behave in an equally rude manner to an elderly lady. The price for the repairs were definitely inflated. The expense wouldn't have been so bothersome had the employees actually been cordial to me. They definitely need to learn some social skills!
