  • I am a huge fan of Emeril's restaurants in New Orleans - Emerils, NOLA, Delmonicos are all great. So I was pleasantly surprised to run across Emerils while cutting through the MGM Grand shops. Since we all were hungry we decided to eat and I was excited for me and the others in our group. The excitement was short lived however. While the lunch was prefectly fine that was not my expectation given other dining experiences at EL restaurants. There were some high lights - the gumbo, cornbread and the shrimp po boy were all good. But overall it was an average meal. Far below my expectations.
