  • This was the beginning of my birthday / NYE night at the W Hotel. Gorgeous, ambient, classy restaurant with a beautiful flow. Love the booth seating and the place is super clean with a very upscale feel, it is a perfect addition to The W. We were a party of 8 and we had reservations -we were warmly greeted and promptly seated. Solid menu which also includes non sushi options(plus GF.) We had a few apps to share at our table - Filet wrapped asparagus, Edamame, Hummus, Oysters, Seared albacore. The wrapped asparagus was delicious and tender, the Hummus and wonton's were a big hit as well. The oysters and albacore were fresh and yummy. Besides having a really nice menu they have a wonderful selection of Sake's and Asian martini's . I knew i would be drinking so i steered clear of having sushi for dinner, so instead i had a fabulous Prime rib served with a super yum garlic sauce, my dining companions had the sushi assortment and the Lobster, scallops and prawns ..all plates were presented well and were delicious .Service was outstanding, they really took care of us and helped to make my birthday dinner very special . Cannot wait to return ! We all had a brilliant time.
