  • I've had nothing but a great experience here. I've only used facial services through Carly, so I can't review other services. I've always been thrilled with the atmosphere and customer service. I have always used a Groupon and have never had a problem. They ask for your credit card information up front in case you cancel within their 24 hour policy. But 24 hours is reasonable and many businesses have this policy. Carly's atmosphere is so soothing, dark, nice music, and smells wonderful.
