  • One always dreads going to the service department at a dealership, but Audi Henderson will change your mind. Exceptional and friendly service....no hard sell or scams regarding what was found during the inspection (part of the oil change). The service lounge was also a nice upgrade from other service lounges... lots of comfortable seating, magazines, flat screen tv and beverages. They also have charging stations and cords for all types of devices. Audi Henderson is on the complete opposite end of town from where I live, but I will gladly make the drive for exceptional service. My service representative was Ben, but all the employees I interacted with were wonderful.
