  • Although I have never ever had any problems with this store in person, I have through telephone. Before Christmas I noticed they had a sale on the Canada Womens Soccer jerseys but I was unable to order online as they had limited stock so I called the store clerk. After a few minutes somebody picked up the phone and I asked them if they had any in stock. The girl said "yes we do..let me go check, what size do you need?" I told her the size and then returned to listen to the soft pop they had playing during the hold...i kid you not after 35 minutes nobody had returned to answer me. I immediately hung up the phone and decided i'd call when I got home. Once I got home I dialed the number again and again got someone answer. I asked them if they had the jerseys in stock and the girl said she would go check (this was a different girl) I again went back to listening to their radio hold music. After 15 minutes I could not do it anymore, it does not take 15 minutes to go check for something in stock. I understand that they could be busy however, I shouldn't be waiting that long on the phone. Very poor customer service.
