  • Never have I EVER gone into any sandwich shop with only 8 people waiting for their food and had to wait 40 minutes for a sandwich. They had 6 employees working and couldn't make a cold turkey sandwich in less then 15 minutes? If you were understaffed or on a long wait wouldn't you tell your customers when they ordered that the wait til was that long? This is the third time I have been in this establishment and either waited longer then 25 minutes or gotten the completely wrong sandwich. HORRIBLE customer service.
