After reviewing my previous comments management requested that I change my review. SO....Here is my change-
HORRIBLE experience with my dental care. I had received a crown and it was not done correctly and never fit well. It required me going back to have it looked at and to my surprise the dental assistant and the office manager were no longer there. That caused issues with my billing as well because the new manager, Sarah, called and in a threatening way demanded money. I had always paid as per the agreement but in this case that agreement was no longer valid because new boss = new rules. The dentist that did my crown elected to move to another state and when I went in a third time there was a "temp" dentist and his advice was to wait until there was a perm dentist. He said there were clinical changes which needed to be made but required more time than he was able to spend as a temp dentist.
Overall I would not go back due to constant changes internally which make it difficult as a patient to find it a comfortable place to entrust in an already unsettling experience...the dentist chair!
I guess they are owned by a larger group so they have other offices throughout the valley...I will certainly make sure not to visit their other offices as well.
