  • Worst experience ever!!!!! Unprofessional! Complete rip Off. Never use this company! I had to give a star to leave my post, they don't deserve that! They were scheduled for the move Sat, May 30th. Fri morning I had a call confirming my appt, I was told they would be there between 7-8 am, the person who left the message spoke English very good and didn't say to call Back, she said she was Dawn and to call back if there were any issues. I didn't call because I didn't have any issues. On Sat, they had not arrived by 8am, so we called and they had cancelled since I didn't call to confirm. So then we were told a truck would be there in 30 min, they arrived at 9:30, in a plain white truck, they said they were "Two Men and a Truck" when we asked. We were expecting 3 workers and a 26 ft truck like their website said and they had agreed to. We called again and were told no charge for a second trip. So we agreed to that and signed their paper, NEVER sign anything! They had no pads or blankets and used small dollies. They dropped my boxes, they broke a table, and one worker didn't understand English and couldn't understand what room to put they boxes in, so he just put them anywhere, the one that did speak English still had problems communicating. I spent 30 minutes picking splinters out of my mattress and both the mattress and box springs of both bed sets are dirty from their truck. On the last load they refused to unpack until I paid $751, more than the $200 I already paid. The move was 16 miles and it was 3:30 pm. They said they worked 10 hours, since they didn't arrive until 9:30 am 10 hours would have been 7:30. Even after I called and talked to Ashat, or something like that, we negotiated for another $420 so they wouldn't drive off with my stuff, like they said they would. It had been a long stressful day and I just wanted my stuff and for them to leave!!! I called them on Monday after the move and asked them to explain the charges to me, they refused, they said, "you want work for free", and kept repeating , " you sign paper". When I said I felt that they were committing fraud he said come here and I will give you your money, I said fine give me your address, I was then told to never call back, and that I was harassing them, and they were calling police, and hung up. My daughter called them and they said horrible things to her. I'm contacting Attorney General, the Real Two Men and a Truck are aware these people are posing as them and being fraudulent. They also go by Arizona City Movers from Tempe.
