Hmm. Five stars for any car dealer seems like an oxymoron, doesn't it??
However, Brian Corso, the sales rep was pretty decent. Yep, 'ya gotta go through the clichés that is ingrained with all car salespeople. However, once you get past that he is very decent.
The main reason that I gave this dealership so many stars is due to the "Finance Manager" named Geno "George" Lovett. The guy looks like a big old bear but if 'ya tell him that you don't want to play games, he'll not be pushy like most Finance Managers that seem to be the norm for all dealerships.
Even if you are paying cash for a car all dealers want you to go to the Finance Manager. Duh, of course, it is to sell you as many dealer add ons as possible.
My advice is that if you buy a car from this dealership tell your salesperson that you want this finance manager.
Tips: start your research on any car with Edmunds.com or kbb.com (Kelly Blue Book). But don't limit your research to just those websites. A major purchase of a new car merits serious advance research.
