  • Worst experience I have had purchasing tickets. I bought 2 tickets to Coachella on Friday and received 3 emails confirming my tickets over Friday and the weekend, that they were guaranteed to arrive before April 2018 and all is well. I then went ahead and secured a place to stay for the event and started other arrangements. I just received an email today, 3 days later saying Unfortunately, your order #23829079 could not be fulfilled as originally intended.... I left my place in line on Coachella website last week because I found these tickets and got a confirmation email. Now they send me this 3 days later and the tickets are sold out and I am not paying the much higher fees for reseller tickets. I called in and they said there is nothing they can do and offered me nothing... Stay away from this company, I mean why was I not notified until 3 days later and after 3 confirmation emails were sent....
