  • They were assigned to me through my State Farm roadside assistance. They were supposed to be out within 15 minutes. 45 minutes later State Farm had to call them to see if they were coming. They finally came over an hour later. Then they said they would tow it to the nearest tire repair shop I said great, got a ride to work. Then I received a call saying the place they dropped it off at didn't repair tires. They left my car somewhere unlocked with the keys in it. They unloaded my car and just left it someplace. Then I asked them to take it to Discount Tires they said they would do it within 45 mins. An hour later they still hadn't picked up my car from where ever they left it! State Farm ended up calling them 2 more times. My car didn't get to discount tires until around 3:00pm, when 777 Towing said it would be there by noon. When 777 Towing called me saying that they were towing it to the first place but they may have to change it I said okay can you please call to let me know where you take it? and their dispatcher hung up on me. I couldn't believe it. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I am recommending that State Farm drop them from their contract.
