  • 0 stars... To make an exhaustingly long story short, they showed up late and one of the movers was drunk wreaking of booze causing damage to the walls, ceiling, floors and 90% of all my furniture. They didn't wrap anything even after I asked and still charged me $900. When I filed a claim they first tried to argue that I loaded the truck myself (how does that even make sense) and that I did not include pictures in the claim, which I did and have a confirmation email from them telling me they received the pictures. They offered me $40 compensation. When I turn down the $40 settlement, they offered to throw in some Starbuck's card, as a final settlement. What professional company does such a thing? I could go on about what a horrible experience it was but it gives me anxiety just talking about it. Ugh! DO NOT use them!
