  • Our air conditioning unit went out this morning (the outside unit was running, but the fan was not). We had the AC off for a few hours and tried to restart it in the afternoon with no luck. So, we called Hobaica based off of a friend's recommendation (he said that his father had been using Hobaica for years). Since it's a Saturday, and it was 3:30pm by the time I called, I was thinking that I was going to have to pay an extra fee to have them come out on a weekend, but I was wrong. Since I called before the office closed at 5pm, they just charged me the regular (non-overtime) rate. The technician was here within an hour and called when he was 20 minutes out to give me a heads up. He was very friendly and completed the work quickly, as he had the necessary parts in his truck. I'll definitely plan on using Hobaicas again when I'm needing HVAC services.
