  • Lolol........you know what? As I read all the negative reviews it makes me wonder why some people are just plane ignorant. Because they are not catered to or get what they want when they want it they want to talk down on the complex and management. I have lived here for a year now. I resigned my lease for another year because in my opinion this is an amazing complex. The leasing staff is awsome from Adam to to Nate to Bernadette to everyone in between. Maintenance will get to minor maintenance request the same day if not early the next day. My a/c unit went out on a Sunday in the middle of the summer when it was over 100 degrees. I called the office and within an hour maintenance was at my house and had the problem fixed in 10 minutes. Amazing to say the least. I live up front so I do hear alot of traffic coming in and out the gate but that's to be expected when you live near the front gate. When I walk my dog and see anyone from maintenance to leasing staff they great you by name and are very very pleasant. I personally love it here and look forward to many more years here. And thank you leasing and maintenance staff for making SOUTH BLVD APARTMENTS not a place I live at, but a place I call home.
