  • Worst experience EVER. I go in with my SUV and the window replacement guy starts rubbing on my windshield before I get out of my vehicle. I told him no and he started rubbing on the paint and windshield. I told him to stop and he looked at me like he was high on drugs. I complained to the staff and they said "he's just doing his job" . I called to talk to the manager was put on hold for 10 minutes then told he was out for the day, no assistant available so I had to leave a voicemail. customer service NOT!!! I will not go back there after such disrespect.
